How Refunds Work for “Mostly Refundable” Tickets

  • Most of our tickets are issued as refundable, but airline-imposed fees may still apply.
  • If the airline charges a cancellation fee, that deduction will be passed on to you.
  • After deductions, the remaining amount will be refunded to your original payment method (or another method if agreed).

Non-Refundable Situations

  • The airline fare purchased is explicitly marked Non-Refundable.
  • The cancellation request is made after the scheduled departure.
  • Failure to provide required travel documents (e.g., passport, visa) resulting in denied travel.
  • No-show at the airport or missed flight without a valid airline exception.

Refund Process

  • Processing time: Approved refunds are usually processed within 14–20 working days.
  • Possible delays: Airline-side delays or internal processing issues can extend this timeframe.
  • Credit method: Refunds are credited to your original payment method once confirmed by the airline.
  • Exceptions: In case of airline delays, schedule changes, or cancellations, refund amounts and processing times may vary.
